Mandatory :

Good object oriented analysis and design knowledge with knowledge on design patterns

-Experience in Java SE 5 or 6, Java EE 5 – EJB3, JBOSS

-Good Knowledge on spring, Hibernate (JPA)/any other ORM frameworks

-Web based Technologies: Spring, JSP, Servlets, JSTL tag library

-6+ years of programming experience with excellent analytical, design, development skills to develop, enhance and maintain applications

-Strong understanding of UML using any of the methodologies, and Test Driven Development

-Development and usage experience of XML, XSD

-Understanding and usage of XML binding and parsing frameworks like JAXP, JAXB/XML Beans/Castor

-Good knowledge on RDBMS concepts with any one of the database, preferably  Oracle/ MySQL
