Solid work ethic with a willingness to work under pressure
to meet client requirements
Willingness to travel, at times up to 3-4 days per
week over a 3 month period (this would be minimized where possible)
Strong Consulting and Interpersonal Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of project management
methodologies (PMBOK)
Basic understanding of service delivery best
practice (ITIL)
Desire to progress into a senior leadership role
