Taking care of telephone bills ( Airtel & BSNL ) & keeping records of that.e. Co-ordinating with aitel officers - on employee queries.a. To track attendance of HO employees.b. To track the leave details of field staff c. To ensure that the leave application reaches HR for field and non field emolyees on or before 19th of every monthd. Keeping track of late comers & working hrs.e.Updating the leave records as per the confirmation list.f. Providing leave details to HR for Settlement Hold Cases.g. Providing data to Ascent for manager mapping.h. Yearly sending opening balance of leave details to Ascent.i. Yearly Providing holiday list to ascent.j. Maintaining the temp. employees attendance. a. Tracking down costs and recommendation for cutting wastefulexpenditure for office admin.b. Providing ID cards and visiting cards for all staff.c. Organizing yearly diariese. Dispatch of new joinee forms, bag, visiting card .f. Passing of all bills pertaining to visiting cards , ID cards & other inputs.g. To keep a track on a dispatch couriers of visiting cards, ID cards & other outputs.a. Address update of all employees.b. Mainitaing Address book of all employees.c. Stationery for HOd. Ensure to keep a stock of wildcraft bags, Dairies & stationeries.e. Printing Visiting Cards & ID cards for employees.a. Blocking conference halls as per requirement.b. Ensure to keep all the amenities in meeting hall.New joinee Inputsa. Arranging for Visiting Cards & Id Cards & ensure to reach on time.b. Co-ordinating with new employees to open a salary account.c. Providing address proof letters to the employees as per the requirement.d. Sending the joining kit once the joining report is received.e. Processing salaries for contract employees.
